In developed converter the primary circuit breakers are closed with Zero electric Current Switching, and the semiconductor diodes are open with Zero electric Voltage-Switching. Abstract

Luo Family Converters (LFCs) are a new series of choppers, which converters fixed D.C voltage magnitude into variable D.C voltage magnitude for high voltage applications.
