Then, the representative grid-connected standards of distributed resources in North America, Europe and China are selected and compared in terms of active power control and frequency response, reactive power control and voltage regulation. After that, main differences of the standards are pointed out. Abstract

Recently, in order to cope with the issues of growing power load and energy shortage, distributed resources represented by photovoltaic, wind power and bioenergy have gradually been widely connected to the power distribution network. Among them, the rapid growth of distributed photovoltaics promotes the development of grid-connected standards of distributed photovoltaics. In this paper, main existing grid-connected standards for distributed photovoltaic in China and abroad are introduced. Then, the representative grid-connected standards of distributed resources in North America, Europe and China are selected and compared in terms of active power control and frequency response, reactive power control and voltage regulation. After that, main differences of the standards are pointed out. Finally, the development trend of standards for grid-connection of distributed resources are analyzed with practical suggestions provided.
