In mice infected by Hammondia hammondi low antibodies titres were found that showed a cross-reaction with Toxoplasma. Abstract
Rabbits and mice were infected by Toxoplasma gondii (RH and HanR) and Hammondia hammondi. An enzyme immunoassay with monoclonal antibodies was used to reveal circulating Toxoplasma antigens.
