Abstract

Eigen oscillations of a radially three-layer cylindrical dielectric resonator bounded with two perfectly conducting end surfaces are studied. The characteristic equation for the anisotropic resonator buried into anisotropic medium is obtained. The numerical investigations of the resonator with internal and external layers made of Teflon and middle layer filled with transformer oil or distilled water are carried out. Spectral and energy characteristics of resonator for different thicknesses and positions of middle layer are represented.
