В устройствах радиосвязи и электроники усилители во многом определяют динамический диапазон и чувствительность аппаратуры. Возможно построение усилительных структур на управляемых токовых зеркалах. В работе рассмотрены варианты построения квазилинейных усилительных структур на токовых зеркалах. С помощью пакета MicroCap 11 проведено их моделирование и сравнение.
