It could be used to analyze different levels of scientific and technological innovation such as nation, region, province, city, institution and individual researcher. Abstract

Management and decision-making of science and technology in the era of big data needs capabilities of data mining and analysis on massive data, simulation of complex systems, identification and prediction of potential risks and opportunities of science and technology development.
