Abstract

Supporting women to re-author their inherited relationship to power, shifting from the dominant narrative of ‘power over’ to ‘power with’ not only allows women individually to step into their power, it also allows organisations and wider society to harness their wisdom. Drawing on action research, the author shares an approach which can bring about a ripple of cultural change in organisations, one conversation at a time. It is an approach that is much needed if leaders and even humankind itself are to adapt and thrive in these challenging times.
