The proposed methodology uses Arduino for moisture sensing and controlling water supply and Node Microcontroller Unit (MCU) for notifying the status of the designed irrigation system to the farmers through mobile communication. Abstract

India is an agricultural country with an abundance of fertile lands. It is thereby highly crucial, that as engineers it is necessary to contribute to the growth of this primary sector.
