Plan optimisation algorithm given with line chart

Abstract

Producers have confronted customers' requirements on market and make to order production. Key characteristics of concurrent production strategy are flexibility, and short production cycle and the basic goals that have to be managed are dates, costs and quality. The production cycle has to be decreased if producers want to satisfy due date according to contract. An optimisation planning and monitoring algorithm for single production that has been implemented in a management information system (MIS) is presented.
