Methodology : This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional approach . The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the data collection instrument used the KPSP form. The data analysis technique used univariate analysis. Results: The data above can be obtained information that most respondents (55%) have language development that is not in accordance with their age and almost half of respondents (45%) have appropriate language development.
