В статье представлено описание маркетинговой среды современного ритейлера, выделена ее структура и основные группы факторов. Охарактеризованы методы и инструменты анализа маркетинговой среды ритейлера. Описаны подходы к оценке уровня рыночной конкуренции и силы конкурентной позиции ритейлера. We present the description of the marketing environment of modern retailer; its structure and the main groups of factors are specified. The methods and instruments of marketing environment analysis are characterized. We describe approaches to assessing the level of market competition and the strength of retailer’s competitive position.
