The spillway of Saka Gilas Dam is a side channel spillway (Fixed+Gated) with an Ogee spillway. The shape of the side spillway is circular quarter circle (45⁰). Preliminary observations on the physical model test are carried out under the condition of Original Design, which if there is a poor flow hydraulic behavior, design modifications will be made. Abstract

The physical hydraulic model carried out in the laboratory is intended to determine the hydraulic behavior of the flow in hydraulic structures.
