Gas adsorption property of the material, mixture of photochromic materials and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), can be controlled reversible and continuously by irradiation of with light different wavelength. As a result, gas sensor which is composed of a quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) coated with the developed adsorbent was fabricated.
