Self-healing is a domain of Self-Organizing Network (SON) which aims to detect, recover and compensate for the outage as well as possible. This study discusses the simulation of self-healing mechanism on LTE network, using RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power) parameter measurement. In this study the simulation is done using MATLAB R2016a software. The results show that the forward traffic that can not be served in the first simulation with SINR value of 13dB and 16dB is 49.72%. While the second simulation with higher SINR value that is equal to 18dB and 21dB which influence the increase in RSRP value, hence the percentage of average of forward traffic that can not be served decrease 0,94%.
