Abstract
This paper presents TAB Sharing, a mobile application aimed at empowering citizens in creating and sharing proposals with other citizens and public administration (PA). Proposals are conceived as solutions to problems occurring in a community or initiatives that should be pursued. Gamification elements have been included in TAB Sharing to sustain citizens' participation and encourage them in providing as much details as possible in their proposals to better support PA decision-making.
