Cognitive radio technology is used to solve the problem of spectrum shortage of IoV. As a classic attack, spectrum sensing data falsification attack can mislead others to make wrong decisions. Traditional solutions mainly consider fixed network, which is difficult to apply to the fast moving IoV. This paper proposes a distributed collaboration method based on outlier detection, which uses outlier detection, trust management and block chain to defense spectrum sensing data falsification attack.
