Abstract
Recently, renewable energy resources play a vital role in and around the world. The exponential growth of electric vehicle, analyses over the causes of greenhouse gases pollution and complete cost decreases of solar PV modules due to electric vehicle charging system combination with solar PV. With the focusing interest of this work, summarizes PV - EV charging using supply of grid extension. Moreover, the objective is to target on charging the electric vehicle with the usage of solar PV increases and decreasing the CO2 emissions. Furthermore, the electric vehicle charging process is fed up partially with charging facility in the institution of Madurai, Tamil N adu. Meanwhile, excess electrical power is supply to the grid and its optimal techno - economic solution using Hybrid Optimization of Multiple Energy Renewables (HOMER) software. Therefore, the contribution of this proposed electric vehicle charging system is economically and environmentally feasible.
