RESULTS: In total, 26 articles were divided into four categories denominated - Permanent Education in Health Contemplating Nursing Learning Needs; Effects of Permanent Education in Health on Professional Practice and Quality of Care, Perceptions on Permanent Education and its Importance in Intensivist Nursing; and Strategies and Results of Permanent Health Education in Intensive Care. Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To describe the current scientific literature about permanent and continuing nursing education in intensive care units worldwide. 重症护理与继续教育:综合文献综述
目的:描述目前世界范围内关于重症监护病房永久和继续护理教育的科学文献。方法:这是一篇综合文献综述,使用护理和相关健康文献累积索引、虚拟健康图书馆区域门户网站和PubMed门户网站,基于Laurence Bardin的内容理论进行数据分析。结果:共纳入26篇文章,分为4类:考虑护理学习需求的永久性健康教育;长期健康教育对专业实践和护理质量的影响、对长期健康教育的认识及其在重症护理中的重要性重症监护终身健康教育的策略与效果。结论:目前针对重症监护护理健康教育的相关研究较少,大量工作提示应针对这一人群开展更多的研究和教育活动,以提高重症监护护理管理的循证实践和质量。
