Scientific results of a research by authors of such problems as are investigated: all-imperial and regional legislation of the Russian Empire; legal fixing and features of implementation of the legislation of Siberia of the imperial period; legal regulation of public service in Siberia. It is shown that authors worked deeply out a conceptual framework of a research, the specifics of position of Siberia as a part of the empire in comparison with other outskirts are defined, questions of features of public service in Siberia and in the Far East are in detail taken up. Abstract
The review of L. M. Dameshek and I. N. Mamkina's monograph "Siberia in the system of the imperial legislation 18th – the beginnings of the 20th century: law and practice".
