In this study, the focus team is considered in collecting and converging the required and desired functions from the results of innovative product/service design, including creative note and user requirements analysis. Then, a unified modeling language is used to describe and analyze the platform's requirement. This is followed by using FLASH to stimulate user-friendliness of the platform.
