And using the two above-mentioned methods to find out all non-overlapping polygons, then add a status field ‘IP’ in the planning base data layer, in order to implement non-overlapping polygons automatically searching and rapid extraction one by one. 土地利用规划基础数据处理中的非重叠多边形搜索和提取技术
为落实最严格的耕地保护制度和最严厉的节约用地制度,确保规划基础数据的真实性和准确性,本研究首先探索利用 ArcGIS 技术,对宁波某区土地利用规划基础数据进行转换,对比计算第二次全国国土资源调查各多边形边界点与 2005 年土地利用数据对应 "历史图斑 "两点之间的距离。其次,掌握规划基准地分类与土地分类现状(过渡时期)的关系,检查对应多边形的土地类型是否一致。并利用上述两种方法找出所有非重叠多边形,然后在规划基础数据层中添加状态字段 "IP",以实现非重叠多边形的自动搜索和逐个快速提取。这是解决土地利用规划基础数据转换前提和难点工作的有效方法,大大缩短了规划基础转换时间。
