Abstract
In these days, the Zakat calculation platforms form a necessary tool and play a crucial role in Muslims life. They have made the entire process of calculating Zakat extremely simple and straightforward. Moreover, they support the Muslims in calculating their Zakat easily, correctly, quickly and accurately. However, many challenges exist in the area of Zakat calculation platforms which can be an obstacle for its adoption by Muslims to calculate their Zakat. Indeed, the most of them are developed in traditional manner and have lack of portability, reusability and interoperability. Moreover, the vast majority of them are designed for specific categories of wealth and limited to one school of jurisprudence. For this, the Framework ZCMGenerator is done to overcome these obstacles by facilitating Zakat calculation platforms modelling, ensuring reuse, portability and interoperability and providing direction and guidance to ZCP developers.
