Recovery is considered when muscle contraction of biceps (nerve transfer) and gracilis (free functional muscle transfer/ FFMT) are ≥ 100μV, recorded using EMG-surface electrode. Of 4 subjects underwent nerve transfer, all showed recovery with median time of 9 months. Of 16 subjects underwent FFMT, 5 showed recovery with median time of 9 months. 本报告的目的是评估臂丛重建后生物反馈肌肉再教育的效果。采用康复门诊登记资料进行病例系列分析。2012-2014年共纳入20例接受手术重建恢复肘关节屈曲的患者。20例受试者均接受生物反馈肌肉再教育,至2015年6月底(数据提取)。结果测量手术重建后的恢复时间(月)和患者的依从性。肌电表面电极记录肱二头肌(神经转移)和股薄肌(自由功能肌转移/ FFMT)肌肉收缩≥100μV时考虑恢复。4例患者行神经移植,均恢复,中位时间9个月。16例患者行FFMT, 5例恢复,中位时间为9个月。两组大多数受试者均能遵守2周1次的康复计划。
