The reorganisation of the former republics of the Soviet Union is discussed. The specified problem can be solved by establishing the Eurasian Space Agency (EuASA). Abstract
The main organisation involved in space applications in Azerbaijan, is Azerbaijan National Aerospace Agency (ANASA).
