Abstract
The purpose of this research is by using notebook PC and Kalman filter technology to integrate Inertial Navigation System (INS), Global Positioning System (GPS), geographic information system (GIS), Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) as well as voice modules for maimed-persons real-time vehicle navigation and communication.
