The energy intensity of mechanical processing depending on the cutting modes on the example of longitudinal turning

Abstract

The paper analyzes the impact on the energy intensity of the modes and parameters involved in the cutting process. An example of the energy intensity calculation method is given, considered in the cutting modes obtained by the above methods. The results of the work will allow selecting the most energy-intensive cutting modes at the stage of technological preparation of production.
