Based on PDT (Population Doubling Time value), propolis extract has a good effect on brain cell growth, hence increasing cell proliferation. In addition, the confluent brain cells of rats given propolis extract had higher average confluency than those not given propolis extract. Abstract

蜜蜂蜂胶提取物促进脑细胞发育的实验动物研究
蜜蜂蜂胶具有促进细胞生长的潜力。它还有望促进脑细胞的生长和增殖。本研究旨在分析蜜蜂蜂胶提取物对实验动物脑细胞发育的促进作用。本研究采用完全随机设计(CRD), 6个处理,4个重复。研究包括蜂胶提取物的制备、制作培养基(DMEM原液培养基、洗涤培养基、培养和处理培养基)、脑细胞分离培养、培养结果观察(细胞活力、群体翻倍时间),结果表明蜂胶提取物处理的平均活力均高于对照组,平均活力为86.3%。根据PDT (Population倍增时间值),蜂胶提取物对脑细胞生长有良好的影响,从而促进细胞增殖。蜂胶提取物组大鼠汇合脑细胞的平均汇合度高于未注射蜂胶提取物组。蜂胶提取物可以通过增加脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)基因表达来保护神经元免受损伤。
