Abstract This research conducted in order to analyze the effect of employee performance, interpersonal communica- tion and physical work environtment to the public satisfaction directly or indirectly through the service quality in District of Kota Kudus Regency. Respondent in this research is people who receive the service in District of Kota Kudus Regency used sample as many 115 respondents which calculated using the itera-tion formula. The methods of collecting data used are interview, questionnaire and documentation. The data taken uses Non-Probability Sampling techniques with Incidental Sampling approach. The analysis data methods are percentage descriptive, the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing analysis and path analysis. Hypothesis test analysis and path analysis shows there is a direct influence of employee performance, interpersonal communication and physical work environtment to the public satisfaction to District Kota Kudus Regency. Hypothesis test analysis and path analysis also shown there is an indirect influence of employee performance, interpersonal communication and physical work environtment to the public satisfaction through service Journal
