Abstract

Meteorological science and technology is an important part of state science and technology innovation system. Therefore, it is very important to study meteorological science and technology and to evaluate the ability. So, based on the index design concept of global innovation index, this paper evaluates and analyzes the meteorological innovation capability by using the method of innovation index and analytic hierarchy process, then proposes the differences in innovation ability among provinces and regions and puts forward some enlightenments and suggestions.
