I find that the regression is observable in Eurozone, Czechia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden and United Kingdom but unobservable in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovenia and Spain.
