One of the changes can be shown in seeking information, people will find many alternatives to fulfill their information needs easily and quickly. Overcoming this, both library and archive shall be able to adjust to users whose daily life could not be separated from internet. To make information in library and archive reachable for information seekers, either library or archive shall be able to take advantage of the users’ nature, one is by creating a website to facilitate them in finding information easily in everywhere. This study discusses about how the users’ perspective of department of archive, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) website. It focuses on UGM students who actively take advantage from website of the UGM Archive service as the object. The method applying in this research is descriptive qualitative. In collecting the data and information, the researcher applies deep interview technique to the informants. The result shows that, overall, layout and interface from Department of Archive UGM website works properly and the navigation system is easy to understand, however; in accessing the information of collection, the users face several difficulties, since they have to follow complicated procedure and shall wait for getting the information they need.
