Abstract

Thepracticeofincludingonlinediscussionpoststotraditionalcoursesisincreasing.Onlinediscussions allowforactivelearningtooccurasstudentsexpresstheirideasandrespondtoothers.Thetimeand thoughtprovidedbyonlinediscussionpostsallowsstudentstoutilizehigherlevelcognitiveskills. Web-basedassessmentsareanothertechnologytoolthatinstructorsareincludingintheircourses.
