The researcher has used Convenient sampling method to choose 1 0 0 respondents chosen for the study. Simple percentage, Frequency & Average mean were uses for analysis of data. This study is to know about “Work-related stresses and its impact on job performance of employees (Guest Lectures of Government Colleges of Belagavi District, Karnataka)”.
