Abstract

It is expected that the next generation wireless network will provide users with excessive mobile wireless services and cover the ubiquitous network at any time. It is urgent to further study the integration and interoperation technology suitable for the heterogeneous wireless communication system covering the whole environment. The heterogeneous network vertical handoff technology is an important basis of multi-network fusion. Therefore, a seamless and efficient handoff mechanism is related to the optimal network performance of heterogeneous wireless networks (HWNs); It allows mobile users to switch from one access network to another to find the best connection for the desired service.
