We use the theory of production line balance to analyze production line through the process–'modeling simulation-improvement and optimization-modeling simulation'. Exerting lean theory, we explore the process which analyzes and solves problems through simulation software. This line is improved by ECRS principle. The results show that the improvement effect is significant.
