Based on a quantitative study based on the statistical analysis of the data\n from the Corruption Perception Index and the indicators of the Doing Business report,\n the relationship between corruption and the business environment is evaluated. The\n results conclude that countries with a low-quality business environment tend to\n havehigher levels of corruption. The transmission channels from which corruption affects\n the business environment in Ecuador are evaluated. Abstract
