The results of industrial inspection of the adaptive milking machine on the basis of the portion test of milk of weight type are given. \nConclusions. The world experience of technical and technological support is generalized and the structure of the conceptual model of biotechnical system of milk production is developed, which allows to achieve realization of genetic potential of cow productivity at minimum and sufficient levels of capital investments and operating costs. Abstract

Annotation Purpose. To generalize the world experience of milk production technical and technological support in the context prospects for use smart technologies. Methods. 基于智能技术的牛奶生产技术支撑展望
AnnotationPurpose。总结世界牛奶生产技术和技术支持的经验,在此背景下对智能技术的应用进行展望。运用信息逻辑分析的方法,对国内外科技信息源对奶业科技支持现状进行了分析。对技术和技术支持的组成部分进行了系统化,开发了基于智能技术的牛奶生产生物技术系统概念模型的结构。介绍了一种基于电容式流量传感器的国产奶量计量仪的研制,在国产机器挤奶设备的基础上,提出了一种单产自动计量系统的布局方案。给出了在重量型奶量试验的基础上对自适应挤奶机进行工业检验的结果。结论。概括了技术和技术支持方面的世界经验,并开发了牛奶生产生物技术系统概念模型的结构,从而可以在最低和足够的资本投资和运营成本水平下实现奶牛生产力的遗传潜力。已开发出自动测定奶流强度的手段,可成为国产自适应挤奶机和奶牛场工艺流程智能控制系统的通用基础。关键词:挤奶自动化,自适应挤奶机,生物技术产奶系统,奶流量传感器,机器挤奶,个体奶核算。
