Blockchain's openness and transparency can provide a trusted data sharing environment for different NPN stakeholders, and its smart contract can implement flexible and customized access control policies. Meanwhile, the use of containerization and cloud technology enables the rapid deployment, upgrade and migration of NPN, reducing the costs of network construction and maintenance. Abstract
