企业社会责任对财务绩效的影响——以中国百余家大型企业为例
本研究利用企业社会责任(CSR)指标探讨了资产收益率(ROA)和销售收益率(ROS)这两个财务绩效指标之间的关系,并进行了分类。并根据中国社会科学院经济学部企业社会责任研究中心制定的《企业社会责任倡议》和2009-2014年企业社会责任实施情况的相关资料,筛选出150家不同所有制的样本企业。本研究的实证结果表明:(1)健全的责任管理制度有助于建立与利益相关者的沟通渠道,妥善处理企业社会责任管理中的纠纷,保持长期的合作关系;(2)企业通过实施市场责任,促进产业发展,倡导公平竞争和制度保障的理念,帮助整个价值链产生突出和持续的效益;(3)部分民营企业没有意识到管理模式的转变,认为承担社会责任会导致支出增加,最终导致短期成本支出,从而导致营业收入降低;(4)企业承担环境责任行为所产生的支出难以在短期内得到响应,容易造成财务绩效下降。
