The survey was conducted in 8 heavy industry enterprises located in the Silesian Voivodeship. The paper presents part of the research, including the analysis of one of the questions that relates to the roof of the Toyota house - elements of the enterprise mission. This question includes the concept of work safety. Additionally, the work includes an analysis of the respondents’ personal characteristics. Abstract

Abstract The aim of the study was to assess the importance of the factor related with work safety in enterprises from the heavy industry sector.
