Abstract

Managing digital transformation projects based on an integrated intellectual model requires the creation of tools for evaluating the performance of creating value. A conceptual model is proposed that evaluates the entrepreneurial energy and competence of the project team. Such estimates are normalized and reduced to a scale of 1–10.
