In frame of this paper it is suggested to use relaxation processes caused by the load change as a diagnostic feature. In case of linear mode the time response comprises the same information as AC Impedance curve. It means that the time response comprises required diagnostic information. The load change can be caused by the small transistor controlled additional load connected in the parallel to the main load. To analyze relaxation processes the novel effective method developed by the coauthor of this work R.R. Nigmatullin is used. Abstract

Electrochemical battery is the main power source for portable radio means one of the main redundant power source for stationary electronic means.
