Abstract

Unlabelled: The authors devised a computer model of albumin glycosylation based on irreversible glycosylation reaction of first-order kinetics. The dynamism of glycosylated albumin changes in relation to glycaemic profiles was compared with an earlier model of haemoglobin glycosylation. Conclusions: 1.
