Getting to Scale: Developing a Sustainable, Collaborative, Mixed-Method Approach to Space Assessment at the University of Washington Libraries

Abstract

Introduction This paper details changes to the University of Washington Libraries’ (UW) approach to space assessment piloted during 2016–2018. The authors discuss how they have been transforming the UW Libraries’ approach to space assessment to focus on ongoing data gathering, use of mixed methods, and greater staff engagement to support the effective use of assessment results.
