Between academic achievement and self efficacy, positive correlations existed with significance. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that academic achievement(β=.44, p<.001), self efficacy(β=.25, p<.001) accounted for 50.1% of the variance in predicting the level of clinical competence. Abstract
