Experimental studies of the process of loading manure across the width of the perforated pallet (sieve). It is established that the greatest uniformity of 88% is provided by the conveyor with the bilateral screw for distribution.\n3. It was experimentally determined that in the process of drying with exhaust air with a temperature of 30–35 °С and a constant speed of 4.1–4.6 m/s in the summer, the humidity of chicken manure from the initial 68 % decreased to the required 15 % in 22 hours. Abstract

鸡舍排风干燥鸡粪过程的试验研究
AnnotationPurpose。利用鸡舍排风干燥鸡粪过程规律的实验建立。实验研究是基于实验计划和静态处理所获得的数据的方法。使用Microsoft Excel.Results应用软件进行计算、实验数据处理、建模和依赖关系的图形显示。采用鸡舍内的气泡空气,分别用温度为30-35℃和20-22℃的空气干燥层数为3、7和10 cm的新鲜鸡舍。提出了鸡舍排风干燥鸡粪技术装置试验样品的施工工艺方案。在有孔的托盘(筛子)上装载粪便过程的实验研究。结果表明,采用双螺杆分布的输送机均匀度最高,达到88%。实验确定,在夏季用温度为30-35°С、等速为4.1-4.6 m/s的排风干燥过程中,鸡粪的湿度在22小时内由最初的68%下降到所需的15%。在寒冷季节,在20 - 22°С的空气温度下,以相同的空气速度持续22小时,粪便的湿度从68%下降到20%,这表明需要加热空气才能实现干燥时间达到所需的15%的湿度。关键词:鸡粪,排风,热流,禽舍,家禽养殖,利用方法,干燥,禽粪
