The research method used in this study is qualitative with a structural approach. The study results are: 1) The moral values in the novel Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortenson and David Oliver Relin are caring 26.9%, friendly 15.4%, helpful 11.5%, brave 11.5%, hardworking 19.2%, and optimistic 15.4%. The most moral value in the data is caring with 7 data or 26.9%. 2) The educational values contained in the novel Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortenson and David Oliver Relin are attitudes toward the world of education amounting to 28.6% and the struggle to establish schools 71.4%. 摘要:本研究的目的在于找出:1)格雷格·摩顿森真实故事所蕴含的道德价值;2)格雷格·摩顿森的教育价值。本研究采用的研究方法是质性的结构方法。研究结果表明:1)Greg Mortenson和David Oliver Relin的小说《三杯茶》中的道德价值观依次为:关心26.9%，友好15.4%，乐于助人11.5%，勇敢11.5%，勤奋19.2%，乐观15.4%。数据中最有道德价值的是关心7个数据，占26.9%。2) Greg Mortenson和David Oliver Relin的小说《三杯茶》中包含的教育价值观是对教育世界的态度，占28.6%，为建立学校而斗争占71.4%。在努力建立学校的过程中发现的数据最多，占71.4%。关键词:道德价值观，教育价值观，内容分析
