In reality, we can generally glean insights about a product's design by looking at the hidden desires of a comparable set of potential buyers. In this study, we provide a unique combined structure for evaluating the factors and needs of customers in product design in virtual reality (VR) metaverse by merging the CRiteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC) approach with single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs). The characteristic weights in this approach are calculated using the CRITIC technique. The CRITIC method computes the rank of needs. The neutrosophic set is used to overcome the uncertain data. Affective design has come to place a premium on customer-centric creativity, which ultimately results in the creation of a product tailored to the requirements of a certain demographic.
