Abstract

Currently, with the rapid development of information technology mobile Internet networks quality-of-service (QoS) is confronted with many challenges, especially for telecommunications industry. In the Telecom Service Commitment, customer satisfaction has become an essential index. In this paper, the mobile network QoS of data service indices system is constructed based on the CSI model, it not only considers the customer satisfaction, but also the technical specifications. Finally, we used the theory of fuzzy mathematics to evaluate mobile network QoS. The result shows that this method is reasonable and feasible.

当前，随着信息技术的飞速发展，移动互联网的服务质量(QoS)面临着诸多挑战，电信行业尤其如此。在电信服务承诺中，客户满意度已成为一个必不可少的指标。本文在CSI模型的基础上构建了移动网络数据服务质量指标体系，它既考虑了用户满意度，又考虑了技术规范。最后，运用模糊数学理论对移动网络的QoS进行了评价。结果表明，该方法是合理可行的。
