Abstract
Child marriage is one of the big problems occur in the world. It has been set up in Millenium Development Goals, either Sustainable Development Goals point 5. Almost every country in the world face the same problem, as well as Indonesia. Indonesia is among the 10 countries with the largest number in aged 20-24 married before 18 years old. Otherwise, Indonesian law has regulated about child marriage in Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinian, however the number is still high. This research aims to know the level of child marriage in Indonesia and the causes.
童婚是世界上存在的重大问题之一。它已经在千年发展目标中确立，无论是可持续发展目标第5点。世界上几乎每个国家都面临同样的问题，印度尼西亚也是如此。印尼是20-24岁人群在18岁之前结婚人数最多的10个国家之一。此外，印度尼西亚法律规定了Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974年tentang Perkawinian的童婚，但数字仍然很高。本研究旨在了解印度尼西亚的童婚水平及其原因。
